Beira Training belongs to the same group as Beira Consultores (beira.com.mx), a consulting, auditing and training firm specializing in management systems, and publishes editorial content at beira.blog.
Use of this site is also governed by the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Notice and the Cookie Policy, which complement one another and form part of the applicable legal framework.
2. Nature of the Services
Beira Training is a training company. Through this platform it offers online, on-demand courses on management systems and standards applicable to industry, grouped into specialization paths, with assessments and the issuance of certificates of completion carrying an online-verifiable folio.
Beira Training is neither an accredited certification body nor an educational institution with official recognition of studies. The certificates it issues attest that a specific person completed and passed a specific course; they are not management system certificates (a document only an accredited certification body may issue after auditing an organization) nor academic degrees or titles.
For companies, the platform also offers the Competency Management Module, a subscription tool to document the competencies each position requires, assess staff and plan their training. It is a service distinct from the courses and with its own contracting model.
Consulting, auditing, implementation and in-person or in-company training services are not provided through this platform: they belong to Beira Consultores and are contracted independently.
The content of the courses and of the site's informational pages is for training and information purposes. It does not constitute legal, technical or compliance advice for a specific case.
3. Conditions of Access and Use
Access to the public site is free and open. Access to course material requires creating an account and purchasing the corresponding course or path, or receiving a seat assigned by a company.
Anyone using the site undertakes to do so in accordance with the law, these conditions and good faith, refraining from any conduct that could damage the Platform, impede its normal operation or harm third-party rights. Accounts are personal and non-transferable, and the account holder is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for the activity carried out with them.
4. Intellectual and Industrial Property
The courses, videos, texts, assessments, downloadable materials, certificate designs, graphic elements, software, trademarks, trade names and logos present on the site are the property of Beira Training or its licensors and are protected by copyright and industrial property law.
Accessing the site or purchasing a course transfers no ownership of that content: it grants only a personal, limited licence of use on the terms set out in the Terms and Conditions. Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation without prior written authorization is prohibited.
The trademarks and names of standards or certification schemes mentioned on the site (including ISO, FSSC and GFSI) belong to their respective owners and are cited solely to identify and describe the training content. Their mention implies no sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement by those organizations.

They are offered for reference and their inclusion does not imply that Beira Training controls, endorses or assumes responsibility for their content, their privacy practices or their availability.
