That is the difference between saying the team was trained and proving who was trained, in what and when, which is exactly what an auditor reviews under the competence clause of ISO 9001, ISO 22000 or FSSC 22000. And what they learn is not the standard recited back: it is how it gets implemented, with the criteria to adapt it to your process. No two systems are alike, so your people leave able to design their own.

What companies ask before buying
Can I reassign a seat to a different person?
A seat can be reassigned while that person has not completed their first lesson, to cover a data-entry mistake. As soon as they complete it, the seat is sealed under their name and is never released or transferred, not even if they leave the company. That is what guarantees the certificate accredits whoever actually did the training.
What if we buy and the course is not what we expected?
The first two lessons of every course are the trial. You have 7 days from the purchase to request a refund for each seat that has not gone past two lessons (preview lessons do not count) and has no certificate issued, and up to 30 days for seats you never assigned. The guarantee belongs to whoever paid: it applies to a company exactly as it does to an individual student.
Is there a minimum purchase for companies?
There is no minimum: a company can buy a single seat. The volume discount is an incentive, not a barrier, and applies automatically as each quantity tier is reached.
Do the certificates work as evidence of competence for my audit?
Yes: each certificate carries the person's name, the course, the date and a public folio your auditor checks online without contacting us. It covers the training evidence required by the competence requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000. It should be filed in the personnel record alongside the job description.
Are the certificates DC-3 forms for the Mexican labour ministry?
No. Online course certificates carry a public verifiable folio and cover the training evidence required by the competence clauses of ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000, but they are not DC-3 forms. Beira is registered with the STPS as an external training provider and does issue DC-3, but only for in-company sessions delivered live: administering it per participant in a self-paced course is not workable. If DC-3 is a requirement for you, write to us and we will route it that way.
Do you issue invoices and accept purchase orders?
Yes, Beira Training issues an invoice for every seat purchase. Charges are made in Mexican pesos. For purchase orders or specific payment terms, write to us with your procurement details and we'll put the proposal together.
Can you train on a standard that isn't in the catalog?
The online catalog covers the most requested standards. For tailored training, content built around your plant's specific process, or live in-company sessions, that work is delivered by Beira Consultores; write to us and we'll route it.
What happens if an employee doesn't finish the course?
The seat stays assigned to that person and access to the material lasts 36 months, free to reactivate if it expires. The certificate is issued only on passing, because accrediting someone who neither completed nor passed the course would make the evidence useless for any audit.
What does the Competency Management Module include?
A chart of positions, the description of each one with the competencies it requires (education, training, skills and experience), each person's record with their evidence, training needs detection, the gap matrix, the annual training plan and effectiveness verification. It is the full cycle ISO 9001 §7.2 asks for, in one place and with the evidence ready to show in an audit.
How much does the module cost and what does the price include?
$499 Mexican pesos per month or $4,990 per year (two months free), VAT included and with no employee limit: the price does not change with the size of your workforce. It is contracted from your company panel, with a 30-day free trial. It is a subscription independent from the courses: you can have the module without buying training, or the other way around.
Do I have to buy courses to use the module?
No. The module works just as well if your staff trained outside Beira Training: you record that external training with its evidence and it stays in their record. What it does do for you is suggest the catalogue courses or paths that close each detected gap, and if you buy them, progress and certificates file themselves into that person's record.
If I cancel the subscription, do I lose my staff data?
Not immediately. On cancellation you keep 30 days of read-only access with export available; access is then blocked but the data is still there and you can export it; 120 days after the cancellation it is permanently deleted. We email you before each step. That deletion only reaches the module: the courses you bought, your people's progress and their certificates are never touched.
