Beira Training isn't a school that decided to talk about standards: it's the consultancy that implements them, teaching what it does every day.
Beira Training is one of the four pieces of the firm:
Beira Consultores is a Mexican consulting and training firm specialized in quality management and food safety systems. For over ten years it has worked with companies in food and beverage, logistics, pharmaceutical and packaging across Mexico and Latin America to implement, adjust and certify their systems under ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 and HACCP.
Beira Training was born from an uncomfortable observation: most of the training available on the market is delivered by people who have read the standard but never held a certification audit from the plant's side. The result is courses that teach how to define concepts rather than how to implement them, and teams that leave knowing what the clause says without knowing what evidence they will be asked for.
That's why every course is built by the same consultants who run implementation projects: it comes from what worked and what failed in real plants. If something wouldn't hold up in a real audit, it doesn't make it into the course.
The firm also develops AdminISO, its own software for managing and automating ISO systems, and publishes openly in its learning center. Beira Training is the learning piece of that set: online courses, at your own pace, with a certificate verifiable by folio.
Four rules we do not negotiate
Judgment before content
We don't measure a course by hours of video, but by what it lets you do once you finish it. If a lesson doesn't change a decision on the plant floor, it's filler.
Value before compliance
The same requirement can be solved to get the paperwork or to be genuinely useful. We always teach the second, which costs the same. Compliance follows.
Your solution before our template
No two systems are alike, so another company's procedure will not fit yours as is. We teach the criteria behind the decision; the templates are what you start from.
Evidence before promises
Every certificate carries a public, verifiable folio. We don't publish testimonials or figures that can't be checked: if we can't prove it, we don't say it.
