What a Beira certificate accredits exactly
- The full name of the person who passed the course, not the company that paid for it.
- The accredited course and its duration, so the auditor knows the scope of the training.
- The issue date and the final score obtained.
- A public folio in the CERT-0000 format, verifiable online by anyone.
- On paths, an additional specialization certificate once every course in it is completed.

The certificate is issued only after completing the content and passing the assessment. Without that there is no document, because a certificate that accredits nothing is useless as evidence.

Whoever receives it checks it
They open the address printed on the certificate, or enter the folio on the verification page, and see the real issuing data. If the certificate were revoked, the page says so.
Do Beira Training certificates have official validity?
Beira Training is a training company, not an accredited certification body nor an educational institution with official recognition of studies. It issues certificates of completion that accredit that a person completed and passed a specific course. That is precisely the evidence required by the competence and training requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000 for the personnel record.
How is a certificate different from a system certificate?
A certificate of completion accredits a person's training. A system certificate accredits that an organization complies with a standard and is issued only by an accredited certification body after auditing the system. They are different documents from different issuers: training your team with Beira Training does not certify your company, but it covers the evidence of competence that certification requires.
Does the certificate expire?
The certificate does not expire: once issued it can be verified by folio permanently. What does have a term is access to the course material, which lasts 36 months and can be reactivated for free. Keep in mind that some management systems require refresher training periodically; that is set by your annual training plan, not by the validity of the document.
Can a certificate be revoked?
Yes. If an irregularity in the accreditation is found, the certificate is revoked and the verification page stops showing it as valid and states the revocation date. That is what makes the folio mean something: a document that can never be revoked isn't verifiable, it's just printable.
Can I verify a certificate without an account?
Yes: verification is public and requires no account or registration. The folio printed on the certificate is enough. Verification pages are not indexed by search engines, so no student's name and score end up exposed in search results.
