Do you only teach food safety?
No: Beira Training covers complete management systems, not just food safety. The catalog includes quality (ISO 9001), environment (ISO 14001) and food safety (ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, HACCP, NOM-251 and Food Defense), plus the cross-cutting internal auditor competence per ISO 19011.
Are Beira Training certificates useful for my audit?
Yes: every Beira Training certificate carries a public folio your auditor or client checks online in seconds, without calling you or asking for the original. It works as evidence of personnel competence for the training requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000.
Do I need previous experience to take a course?
It depends on the course: each one states its level (beginner, intermediate or advanced) on its page, where you can also review the full syllabus before deciding. Specialization paths settle the question for you, since they chain courses in order: you start where you are and move on without skipping anything.
How long do I have access to the course material?
Access to the material lasts 36 months in most Beira Training courses. If it ever expires, you reactivate it at no cost as many times as you need. The certificate, on the other hand, is permanent: once issued it can be verified by folio forever, even if you no longer open the material.
What if the course is not what I expected?
The first two lessons are your trial: if watching them tells you the course is not for you, you have 7 days from the purchase to request a full refund, with no explanation required. We only ask for two things: that you have not completed more than two lessons (preview lessons do not count, they are free) and that your certificate has not been issued. If they are met, you request it yourself from “My purchases” in your account and the refund goes out right away. It applies the same way if your company was the buyer.
Should I take a specialization path or standalone courses?
A path is worth it if you're after a complete specialization: it costs less than buying its courses separately and takes you in order, from the fundamentals to the advanced level. A standalone course is worth it if you need one specific topic for your role. Either way you get a verifiable certificate for every course, and once you complete every course in a path (bought separately or as a bundle) you also earn the specialization certificate.
Who creates Beira Training courses?
Courses are created by the consultants at Beira Consultores, who have implemented, adjusted and certified management systems on plant floors for over ten years. The content comes from real implementation and certification projects, not just from auditing or reading the standard.
Can I train my whole team or plant?
Yes: a company buys seats in bulk and assigns one to each employee. Each seat is nominal (one person, one verifiable certificate filed in their record) and the volume discount applies automatically, with no minimum purchase. It includes a panel to assign seats and track each person's progress, plus invoicing.
What is the difference between ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000?
ISO 22000 is the international standard for a food safety management system. FSSC 22000 is a GFSI-recognized certification scheme built on top of ISO 22000 that adds the prerequisite programs (the ISO/TS 22002 series) and its own additional requirements. In practice: you implement ISO 22000 and certify the site under FSSC 22000 when your customer demands a GFSI-recognized scheme.
Are the courses live or self-paced?
Beira Training courses are online and self-paced: on-demand video, no schedules and no start dates. You get in as soon as you pay, move at your own speed and come back to the material whenever you need to review something. Live and in-company training is delivered separately by Beira Consultores.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes, Beira Training issues an invoice for every purchase. Charges are always made in Mexican pesos; if you browse prices in dollars using the currency selector, that figure is an approximate reference and the charge is made in pesos.
How do I verify a Beira Training certificate?
There are two routes and both land in the same place: every certificate has its verification address printed on it, which opens directly, plus a folio in the CERT-0000 format that can be entered on the verification page. Either way you immediately see who it was issued to, which course it accredits and on what date. No account and no request to Beira Training required.
